Orr Hirschauge is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in product management and editorial leadership. As Co-Founder of Alchemiq since April 2024, Orr is focused on innovating the future of news. Previously, from November 2019 to March 2024, Orr served as Chief Product Officer at Israel Hayom, overseeing a comprehensive online product portfolio and enhancing user experience in collaboration with various teams. From July 2017 to April 2019, Orr was Executive Editor at CTech by Calcalist, where responsibilities included defining content strategy and building the editorial team. Earlier roles included being a Staff Reporter at The Wall Street Journal and Section Editor at Haaretz, where significant contributions were made to technology reporting and digital platform growth. Orr holds a Yale World Fellow designation from Yale University and a BA in Cognitive Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
