Berk Ercelebi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and private equity. Currently serving as Vice President in Corporate Special Situations at Alcentra since May 2023, Berk previously held the position of Associate at Castlelake, focusing on asset-backed equity and credit investments from March 2021 to May 2023. Berk's earlier roles include Investment Banking Associate and Analyst in the Global Industrials Group at Bank of America from July 2016 to March 2021, and a Private Equity Intern at Cinven in early 2016. Academically, Berk holds a Master of Science in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich (2009-2013), alongside a German High School Diploma from Deutsche Schule Istanbul (2004-2009).
