Laura Jansen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR-business partner for multiple locations under Albron since July 2018. Jansen's previous roles include HR adviser for Albron Center Parcs Zandvoort and HR consultant at Peperclip. A graduate of Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Jansen also conducted research on the alignment of strategic and organizational agility during a stint as an HR graduate at Gemeente Alkmaar. Additionally, Jansen has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, having worked in various capacities from barista to co-owner, demonstrating strong customer service and operational management skills.
