Saran Satefanen, CFA, is a highly experienced finance professional specializing in real estate and investment consulting. Currently serving as a Real Estate Due Diligence Analyst at Albourne since August 2022, Saran is responsible for underwriting high conviction European Real Estate funds. Prior to this role, Saran worked at The Townsend Group as a Real Assets Due Diligence Associate, where the focus was on European Real Estate and Infrastructure funds. Saran also held various positions at Aon, including Private Markets Investment Consultant, handling European Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Real Estate opportunities, and Associate Investment Consultant, providing clients with investment strategy reviews and portfolio asset allocation. Additional experience includes roles at AAK Consultants as a Senior Real Estate Analyst, Transact as a Client Service Manager, Royal Bank of Scotland as a Pensions Associate, and Fidelity Worldwide Investment as a Brokerline Associate.
