Desiree Moncrieffe is a Senior Human Resources Manager at Albourne Partners since February 2018, overseeing HR functions across the London headquarters, Germany, and Bahrain, along with relocation management for Switzerland and Bulgaria. Prior to this role, Desiree served as an HR Management Consultant for IMG, leading the HR department for Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, where responsibility included high-volume recruitment for 700 staff. Additional experience as a Human Resources Management Consultant spans various organizations, where responsibilities included conducting employee engagement surveys and implementing workforce reporting systems.
