Nasrin Sultana Islam possesses extensive experience in sales management, vendor relations, and mentoring. Currently serving as Assistant Sales Manager and N.O.S.H.E Lead - Merchandising at Albertsons Companies since March 2021, Nasrin has successfully managed vendor negotiations, achieving significant cost reductions and enhanced supplier performance. Prior roles include mentor at The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, where guidance was provided to graduate students, and Research Associate at Perkins School for the Blind, where analytical skills led to actionable insights. Nasrin's experience also includes serving as Research Fellow at MIRR Alliance and Quality Assurance Manager at Decathlon Sports Bangladesh, where notable improvements in product quality and environmental sustainability were achieved. Nasrin holds a Master of Arts in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University and a Bachelor's degree in Leather Engineering from the University of Dhaka.
