James Angel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Their most recent role was as Vice President at Albertine, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Penta Group as an Advisor from August 2021 to March 2023, and as Chief Commercial Officer at alva from July 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Penta Group, James held various positions at Quintessentially, including Chief Product Officer & International Managing Director from November 2020 to June 2021, International Managing Director from December 2019 to November 2020, Commercial Director from August 2017 to December 2019, and Group Bid & Sales Operations Manager from October 2016 to August 2017. James also has experience at Kroll, where they served as Sales Operations and Bid Manager from February 2016 to October 2016, and as a Business Development Analyst in the EMEA region from July 2015 to February 2016. Prior to their time at Kroll, James worked at DMGT plc as a Senior Strategy Analyst from October 2014 to July 2015, and as an Analyst from July 2014 to October 2014.

James Angel completed their Bachelor of Arts in History from Royal Holloway, University of London, between 2010 and 2013. James later pursued a Master of Arts in History from the same university, which they completed between 2013 and 2014.
