Allison Stark is a seasoned executive in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Albertina Kerr since July 2022. Previously, Stark held the position of Director for the Division of Developmental Disabilities at the Illinois Department of Human Services from September 2019 to July 2022, overseeing a substantial budget of $2.3 billion and a workforce of 4,000 staff members.
