Fouad Jallouli, MBA, is an accomplished professional specializing in service design and product management, currently serving as the Director of Service Design within the Digital Design & Delivery arm of Technology & Innovation at the Government of Alberta since May 2022. In addition to this role, Fouad is the Managing Director at Kind Heart Ventures, a consultancy focused on product and service design.
