Mir Hashmi is a Cloud Developer at Alberta Energy Regulator since July 2021, previously serving as a GIS Developer at OnX Canada from January 2020 to June 2021. With extensive experience in geospatial technology, Mir held the position of Senior GIS Consultant at KPMG Saudi Arabia from December 2017 to November 2019, where responsibilities included technical leadership and solutions architecture. Prior to that role, Mir contributed to the development of various geospatial applications as a Senior Geospatial Applications Developer at Saudi Post for a decade. Mir's early career included roles as a GIS Consultant at GENERIC SOFTWARE CONSULTANTS LIMITED and a GIS Technician at PIE Enterprises Ltd, starting from a foundation as a Software Developer at Global ERP Solutions.
