Richard Flack has been associated with the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO) since May 2010, serving as the Manager of Transmission Program Support and previously as a Program Innovation Specialist. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Geography from the University of Calgary, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
