Matthew Fosdahl is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in quality control, operations, and customer support within the biotechnology and beverage industries. Currently serving as a Product Specialist at Benchling since October 2022, Matthew leads the transition of support operations to a Swarm Model, facilitating team meetings and cross-functional presentations. Prior experience at Genentech includes roles as Supervisor/Senior Supervisor overseeing multiple QC Bio-Analytical Testing teams and managing compliance in audit-ready states. Additional experience includes serving as COO at Cable Car Cold Brew, lifeguarding at East Bay Regional Park District, and a Warehouse Associate at Crown Worldwide Moving and Storage. Matthew holds an MBA with an emphasis in Management from Boise State University and a BS in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
