Ligal Cohen is a dedicated Payroll Specialist at Albar אלבר since October 2021, responsible for managing payroll processes, including the setup of new hires, time and attendance management, and communication with stakeholders. Previously, Ligal served as the Director of Training at the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development from December 2017 to September 2020. Ligal holds a Certificate of Public Accountant from Pear Tafnit College and a BA in Behavioral Sciences from The College of Management Academic Studies.
