Mike Merritt is a seasoned professional in the industrial and rubber distribution sectors with extensive experience in procurement and management. Currently serving as a Buyer at ARG Industrial since August 2022, Mike also contributes to the industry as a Standards Committee Member for NAHAD until June 2024. Previously, Mike held significant leadership roles, including General Manager of Alaska Rubber Group-Seattle from December 2013 to July 2022, and served on the Board of Directors for Alaska Rubber Group from November 2016 to April 2024. Mike's career began at Pacific Rubber Inc., where responsibilities spanned from Purchasing Manager to Warehouse Manager and Customer Service Representative from March 1996 to December 2013.
