Patrick Bergt serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Alaska Communications since June 2022, after holding the position of Deputy General Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as Municipal Attorney for the Municipality of Anchorage from July 2021 to June 2022, and as Regulatory and Legal Affairs Manager at the Alaska Oil and Gas Association from February 2019 to July 2021. Previously, Patrick held roles as Of Counsel at Guess & Rudd P.C., Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Brent R. Cole, P.C., and Assistant District Attorney for the State of Alaska. Patrick holds a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, obtained between 2006 and 2009, and attended the University of Oregon in 2000-2001.
