Brian Ware has a diverse background in sales and engineering, with experience in several industries. Currently serving as a Sales Consultant and Sales Manager at Alarm Detection Systems since November 2018, Brian's responsibilities involve client management and sales strategies. Previously, Brian worked as a Sales Engineer at Complete Water Solutions, specializing in the design, installation, and automation of various water treatment systems. Prior to that, a lengthy tenure at ADT Security Services included roles as a Sales Representative, where regional recognition for sales performance was achieved. Earlier positions included Account Manager at TMS Lithography and Sales Representative at NorthShore Business Technology, both of which involved territory management and client acquisition. Brian holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and has completed coursework at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
