Mathew Dukovcic currently serves as a People and Culture Advisor at the Alannah & Madeline Foundation, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Coordinator at Prime Creative Media from November 2022 to May 2023, and as a Human Resources Administrator at Arts Centre Melbourne from June 2021 to November 2022. Earlier in the career, Mathew worked as an Assessment Administrator at Link Group from April 2019 to June 2021, and as General Manager at Ground Records from January 2015 to December 2019. Additionally, Mathew gained experience as a Barista at Beasley's Teahouse and Red Cup Cafe between August 2017 and April 2019. Mathew holds a Diploma of Education in Human Resources Management and Services from Swinburne University of Technology (2020-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Box Hill Institute (2014-2016).
