Puja Chavan currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at ALAND since May 2024, bringing extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Prior positions include Human Resource Advisor with Seymour Whyte, where involvement included the AEROWEST JV project at Western Sydney Airport, and People and Culture Advisor at Sydney Water and Downer, focusing on asset management and road divisions, respectively. Puja has also held HR positions at Fulton Hogan, Collinson, and UNSW, contributing to recruitment processes and administration. Early career experience involved roles in claims and customer service, supporting operational management. Puja holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce in Human Resources Management from Western Sydney University.
