Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in nutrition, education, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has held the role of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutriologa in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer at a vocational training school, teaching courses on applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
