Hugo Ferrari is an accomplished mining engineer with extensive experience in geotechnical and ventilation engineering. Currently serving as Geotechnical Superintendent at Alamos Gold Inc. since May 2024, Hugo earlier held the position of Mining Solutions Engineer at ESG Solutions and has significant leadership experience in various roles at Vale and Glencore Zinc. At Glencore, responsibilities included managing ventilation for one of the world's deepest mines and leading various projects focused on operational efficiency and safety improvements. Hugo's career began in 2003, encompassing diverse roles in ground control engineering and supervision, supported by a degree in Mining Engineering from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
