Michael Dixon currently serves as the Director of Operations at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema since September 2024. Prior to this role, Michael held multiple positions at Cinépolis Cinemas USA, including Regional Manager and Restaurant General Manager, from May 2018 to October 2024. Michael also gained valuable experience at Allstate as a Sales Manager from October 2014 to May 2018 and at Sprint in the same capacity from May 2012 to October 2014. Earlier in Michael's career, a role as Bar and Hospitality Manager at iPic Theaters from September 2008 to April 2012 contributed to a diverse background in operations and management across the entertainment and hospitality industries.
