Crystal G. is the CEO and Founder of Kaizen Consulting, Inc., a position held since 2013. In addition, Crystal serves as an angel investor for multiple companies, including Alamo Angels, GRIND, Bluegrass Vascular Technologies, Inc., KEY.co, Rectify, and WonderSpray, all starting from 2020 or 2021. Crystal previously worked at USAA, holding the role of Director of Program Project Management from May 2019 to April 2022, and served as a Senior Process Engineer from October 2007 to May 2012. Earlier experience includes working as a Safety Specialist at Toyota Motor Corporation in 2007. Crystal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University, completing studies in 2006.
