James Natividad has extensive work experience in the field of voice/network engineering. James started their career at eTelecare Global Solutions as an Inside Sales Specialist, where they gained knowledge in client relations and communication. James then worked at ePerformax as a Project Specialist, assisting with program implementation and project coordination. James later joined Trends & Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Technical Specialist, focusing on Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration. James implemented and supported Cisco's UC product line and had experience with complex voice and video deployments. James then joined Verizon Business as a Lead Consulting Engineer, where they were responsible for planning, designing, and implementing IPT/VOIP and emerging technology solutions for enterprise clients. James also led multiple projects and provided implementation support for voice and data network infrastructure. Currently, James is working at Alameda Health System as a Voice/Network Engineer.

James Natividad completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Computer Applications at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde from 1999 to 2003, with a focus on Information Technology. In terms of certifications, James obtained their CCNA - Routing and Switching from Cisco in June 2010. James went on to acquire various certifications from Cisco over the years, including Express Collaboration Systems Engineer Representative, Advanced Video Field Engineer Representative, Cisco TelePresence Solutions Specialist, Cisco IP Contact Center Express Representative, and Cisco Video Infrastructure Implementation (VII). Additionally, they obtained the CCNP - Collaboration certification in August 2019 and the Cisco Certified DevNet Associate certification in December 2020. These certifications showcase their expertise and knowledge in the field of communication technology and network infrastructure.
