David Fringer has over 30 years of work experience in the healthcare field. David most recently worked as a Business Manager at Alameda Health System since July 2019. Prior to that, they were a Decision Support Manager at El Camino Health from October 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they served as an EPSi System Architect at Stanford Children's Health | Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford from December 2017 to September 2018. David also had a previous role as Manager, Decision Support and Finance at El Camino Health from March 2017 to November 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Allscripts from June 2000 to March 2017, and as a Manager, Decision Support at Advocate Health Care from March 1993 to June 2000.
