Ashley H. started their work experience as an Administrative Assistant at Mason Tillman Associates in 2015. Ashley then joined Juvo - Autism + Behavioral Health Services in 2016 as a Behavior Therapist. In 2017, Ashley became a Behavior Support Specialist at the Center for Applied Behavior Analysis (CABA) and held this role until March 2022. Currently, they are working as a Mental Health Specialist at Alameda Health System, starting in March 2022.

Ashley H. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from California State University - East Bay, where they studied from 2004 to 2014. After a gap of three years, they pursued their Master of Education - MEd in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University from 2017 to 2018.
