Scott Figgins is currently working at Alameda County Office of Education as the Director of Research and Analytics. Prior to this, Scott worked at Hayward Unified School District for many years in various roles including Teacher and Program Director. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Williams College, a Master of Science in Urban Teacher Leadership from California State University - East Bay, and a Teaching Credential in Secondary, Single Subject from the same university.
