Laura Quilty has an extensive background in the construction and HVAC industries, currently serving as the Regional Director and General Manager for the Vancouver Region at Alair Homes since 2016, where responsibilities include project management. Previous experience includes roles as a Project Manager at Alair Homes for various locations, Estimator at Jomi Construction Ltd., and Estimator/Technical Representative at ECCO Manufacturingâ„¢, focusing on customer relations and product research. Laura has also contributed to education as a Sheet Metal Instructor at BCIT. With foundational experience starting as an Apprentice at Saxon Mechanical and Viaduct Sheet Metal, Laura has developed a strong skill set in sheet metal work, ductwork installation, and project management, underpinned by a Red Seal Sheet Metal Certification from British Columbia Institute of Technology.
