Spencer Bounds serves as the Chief of Staff for Texas Young Democrats, appointed in May 2023, where responsibilities include strategic planning and managing daily operations on a volunteer basis. As a Digital Account Manager at Townsquare Media since April 2022, Spencer manages accounts for top-tier digital products across nearly 100 markets nationwide and is an active member of the LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group. Previous roles include Local Account Manager at Townsquare Media, Operations Manager at Lone Star Liquors, Campaign Staffer for various political campaigns, Case Manager for Mary Lou Tevebaugh, and Executive Director of the Tom Green County Democratic Party. Spencer's professional experience is complemented by management positions in the restaurant industry and a background in journalism as a student columnist. Spencer's educational journey includes advanced coursework at Angelo State University and general studies at Midland College, building a foundation in English, History, and Political Science.
