Guido Cucciniello's work experience begins with a role as a Stage Formative Divisione Supply Chain at Casolaro Hotellerie in 2007. Guido then moved on to become a Control Manager at CEVA Logistics in Milano from May 2007 to September 2007. Following that, they served as a Site Manager at FATA Logistic Systems SpA, overseeing the management of a client, Ansaldo Breda Napoli, from October 2007 to June 2014. Most recently, Guido has been working as the Head of Central Warehouse Management at ALA Italy since October 2021. In this role, they are responsible for managing multiple sites and coordinating a team of 53 employees. Guido also provides budgeting, coordinates innovation projects, and participates in various company committees and evaluations.

Guido Cucciniello obtained a Master Specialistico degree in Master in Logistica Integrata e dei Trasporti from the University of Naples 'Parthenope' in 2007. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree in economia aziendale from the same university, between 1999 and 2006. In addition, they have certifications in various fields of occupational safety and first aid training from Ente di Formazione "Uomo e Ambiente".
