Etheldreda Dsouza has a diverse and extensive work experience in the education sector. Etheldreda started their career as a Teacher at St Blaise School Mumbai in 1991 and worked there until 1993. Etheldreda then moved to Westminster School, where they worked as a Teacher from 1993 to 1996. In 1996, they joined a British National Curriculum School as a Teacher and worked there for ten years until 2006.

Since 2006, Etheldreda has been associated with Al Salam Private School & Nursery. Etheldreda started as a Teacher and worked in this role until 2011 when they became a Phase Leader. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Co-Curricular & Pastoral Leader at the school. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Head of Higher Primary/ Co-curricular & Pastoral Leader. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Higher Primary at Al Salam Private School & Nursery.

Etheldreda Dsouza holds a Master's Degree in BA, MA, B.Ed from St Blaise High School Andheri Mumbai. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Critical Thinking from LinkedIn in December 2020.
