Rashed Bahlool is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as a Senior Manager at Al Salam Bank since September 2020. Prior to this role, Rashed held the position of Manager at Kuwaiti Manager Contracting from July 2018 to September 2020, where responsibilities included the adoption of scrum methodology and the utilization of ASP for application development. Rashed's earlier experience includes working as a System Developer at the Court of the Crown Prince from March 2013 to June 2018, focusing on integrating business needs with custom Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and ensuring seamless connectivity between government applications and citizen information. Rashed holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Bahrain, completed in 2016 and 2012, respectively.
