Dr. Hashem Alfakhouri is a psychiatrist and addiction specialist with extensive experience at Al Rashid Hospital Center since January 2009 and a private clinic concurrently. Dr. Alfakhouri holds a high specialization in psychiatry and addiction treatment, is a fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in London, and actively participates in pharmaceutical research.
