Nathan Baguma is a seasoned Health Safety Environment Engineer with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Current work at Al Nasr Contracting since October 2018 involves overseeing health and safety protocols, traffic management, and compliance with local regulations. Previous roles include HSE Engineer at ADMAC, where Nathan managed various construction activities and safety training, and at Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), contributing to the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant project. Early career experience as a Civil Engineering Technician intern with the Uganda Ministry of Works and Transport included involvement in the Kampala Northern Bypass Highway project. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The University of Bolton and is pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainability and Environmental Management at the University of Derby.
