Muhammad Shakir is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Service Desk Manager and Sr. Service Delivery Officer at Al Naboodah Group Enterprises LLC since March 2012, where leadership of an 18-member team is a key responsibility. Prior roles include Computer Engineer, PMO, and IT Academy positions at Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Holding LLC from December 2000 to March 2012, as well as IT Support Engineer at National Development and Finance Corporation from June 1998 to August 2000, and IT Technician at Computech Sialkot in February 1992.
