Arjun Neelakantan is a seasoned audit professional with extensive experience in internal auditing and risk consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit at Al Mulla Group in Kuwait since January 2015, Arjun is responsible for managing, planning, executing, and reporting on a wide range of audits related to operational, financial, regulatory, and compliance aspects. Prior to this role, Arjun held the position of Director in Risk Consulting at KPMG, focusing on strategic internal audit planning, evaluating internal controls, and improving corporate governance practices across Qatar and Bahrain. Arjun began their career with significant roles at KPMG India and Deloitte, where skills in audit planning, execution, and financial due diligence were honed. Arjun is a qualified Chartered Accountant with ongoing education in the field, holding an ACA from both The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and ICAEW, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Madras.
