Biju Philip is an experienced procurement professional with a focus on the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Procurement Manager for Al Ghalia since June 2023, Biju has held significant roles in reputable organizations such as The Chedi Muscat as Purchasing Manager, where employment commenced in November 2021, and Ritz Carlton Hotel, where responsibilities included serving as Director of Purchasing from September 2015 to October 2019. Prior experience includes leadership positions during pre-opening phases at Anantara Hotels, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, and Kempinski Hotels, overseeing purchasing policies, equipment procurement, and departmental coordination. Biju holds a PG Diploma in International Trade from Datamatics Institute of Management and a B.Com in Commerce with a major in Cost Accounting from Mahatma Gandhi University.
