Daniela Enciu is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Al Dahra since April 2021, Daniela previously held multiple roles at Rompetrol (KMG International) from October 2012 to April 2021, including Human Resources Business Partner and HR Tools & Quality Coordinator. Daniela's career began at Philip Morris Trading from March 2010 to November 2012, taking on roles such as HR Professional and Junior Auditor, and in 2009-2010, worked as a Human Resources Referent at Philip Morris Romania. Daniela holds a Master Degree in Public Management from SNSPA (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Public Management from the same institution (2008-2011).
