Ayman Eid is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology and operations, currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure and Operations at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait - Egypt since February 2018. Previously, Ayman held various roles within the same institution, including Head of Applications & Database Administration and Applications & Database Team Leader, where responsibilities encompassed analyzing application performance, managing complex systems, and ensuring the availability and security of core banking applications. Ayman's career also includes positions in technical support and engineering, with experience in maintaining satellite systems, sound systems, and supporting large user bases in troubleshooting network issues. Ayman holds an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Cairo University.
