Neta Peled Sol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and data governance. Currently serving as the Global Workforce Process Manager and Global Data Architect A2G at AkzoNobel since February 2021, Neta previously held leadership positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals from 2015 to 2021, where responsibilities included managing global data governance strategies and overseeing HR operations for over 20 employees. Neta's earlier experience includes roles at NICE Systems from 2008 to 2015, focusing on order management operations, HR system analysis, and project management. Neta holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy & Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
