Faber Adrían Taborda León is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and process engineering. Currently serving as Jefe de Ingeniería at Inducascos since September 2019, Faber leads projects for the development of motorcycle helmets in compliance with DOT FMVSS 218 certification, focusing on cost efficiency and product launch. Previous roles at PPG Industries included Coordinador de Ingeniería de Procesos and Coordinador de Control de Calidad Producto Terminado, where responsibilities encompassed technology transfer, cost-reduction projects, and ensuring product quality specifications. Earlier experience includes a position as Ingeniero ATP at Petromil C.I. S.A.S. Faber holds a Master's degree in Renewable Energies and Energy Projects from CEUPE, an Especialización in Operations and Logistics from Universidad EAFIT, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
