Monica Storm is an experienced Functional Solution Architect at AKVA group ASA since July 2022, where responsibilities include leading a team of functional stream leads and supporting global requirements and business objectives. Prior to this, Monica held multiple positions at NOV from February 2006 to June 2022, including Business Process Manager and Manager Service Administration Norway, focusing on project management, process standardization, and continuous improvement. Monica started a career in the oil and gas sector with roles at ExxonMobil and Halliburton, concentrating on training coordination and personnel administration. Monica holds an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a background in Business Economics, Social Economics, and Mathematics from the University of Stavanger and St. Olav V.G.S.
