Will Horowitz has been in the workforce since 2009. Will began their career as the Owner/Operator of Ducks Management LLC in 2009. In 2015, they became a Co-Founder of Harry & Ida's. In 2017, they became a Cofounder of Beyond the Shoreline. Most recently, in 2020, they took on the role of Creative dude at Cured.

Will Horowitz attended Naropa University from 2000 to 2004 and received a Bachelor's degree in Buddhist Studies.
