Jean-Marie Glowacki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial engineering and project management. Since October 2012, Jean-Marie has held multiple leadership positions at AKTO, including Directeur Développement & ingénieries and Directeur délégué Pôle ingénierie financière, overseeing national co-financing initiatives. Prior to this, Jean-Marie was at Initiative France from February 2006 to October 2012, managing projects related to European funding. Jean-Marie also served as Chargé de mission at the French Ministry of Labor from May 2005 to January 2006, focusing on the certification of European Social Fund projects. Jean-Marie holds a degree from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), completed between 1998 and 2003.
