Oliver Markvart serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Aktiva Finance Group since November 2021. With a robust history in the financial sector, Markvart is also a Board Member at Julianus Inkasso Eesti and Perfi, and actively volunteers at SA Kadunud. As the Founder and CEO of OM Teenused OÜ since August 2006, Markvart previously led Castovanni OÜ until its acquisition in 2015 and subsequent merger into Julianus Inkasso OÜ in 2020, where Oliver was Managing Director from February 2017 to May 2019. Additional roles include advisory positions at MCB Finance Group and experience as a Credit Manager at Jetoil AS. Markvart’s educational background includes studies at the University of Tartu.
