Nemanja Sofronijević has worked in various roles since 2013. Nemanja began their career as a Project Management Intern at Mediana in 2013. In 2016, they were an Account Manager at Kapital RS, and in 2018 they were promoted to Senior Account Manager. In 2019, they worked as a Fees and Sales Support Associate at Generali, and as a QA Engineer at Allied Testing. In 2021, they worked as a QA Engineer at Holycode and AIRFARM. Currently, they are a QA Engineer at Aktiia.

Nemanja Sofronijević has a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organization from the University of Belgrade, which they obtained between 2009 and 2014. Nemanja then pursued a Master's degree in Financial Management and Management of Financial Risk at the same university, which they are currently completing. In 2019, they attended an IT Bootcamp for Software Testing. Prior to their university studies, they attended Gymnasium - Lazarevac, where they studied in the Natural Science and Mathematics Department from 2005 to 2009.
