David Perruchoud has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and research. David currently holds the position of Data Science Manager at Aktiia since May 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Data Scientist at Aktiia from February 2021 to April 2022.

David Perruchoud completed their Maturity (Baccalaureate) in Biology-Chemistry from Lycée-Collège de la Planta in the years 2002-2007. David then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Life Sciences from EPFL between 2008-2011. Following this, from 2011-2013, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Life Sciences - Neurosciences also from EPFL. Continuing their education, David attended Harvard Medical School in 2012-2013, focusing on neuroscience. Finally, they completed their education by earning a Ph.D in neuroscience from the Lemanic Neuroscience Doctoral School during the period of 2014-2017. In terms of additional certifications, David obtained a certification in Big Data Modeling and Management Systems from Coursera in July 2017 and an Introduction to Big Data certification from the same institution in June 2017.
