Uğur Tavacıoğlu has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 when they joined Huawei Technologies as an Assistant Specialist in Software Test Engineering until June 2017. Uğur then worked at TSKB | Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası as an Assistant Specialist, Software Engineer from July 2017 to May 2019. From May 2019 to April 2020, they took on the role of Specialist, Software Engineer at TSKB where they were responsible for more than 15 core banking applications. Currently, Uğur Tavacıoğlu holds the position of Assistant Manager, Software Engineer at Aktif Bank, starting from April 2020.

Uğur Tavacıoğlu completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Istanbul University, attending from 2011 to 2016.
