Korhan Nakas is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the banking and commercial law sectors. Since February 2016, Korhan has served as Legal Counsel at Aktif Bank, focusing on negotiating and drafting business contracts and providing legal opinions to various departments and branches. Prior to this role, Korhan worked as a lawyer at ING Bank Turkey from December 2009 to January 2016, and engaged in litigation and corporate law at Gurcan Law Firm and Ciftci Law Firm. Korhan holds a Master's degree in Competition Law from Istanbul Bilgi University, completed in 2006, and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution, earned in 2002.
