Malka Ben-mordechay is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources operations and consulting. Currently serving as an HRIS consultant at AKT Global since June 2023, Malka previously held the position of Human Resources Operations Manager at Similarweb from April 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing HR operations and improving processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Prior roles include Onboarding & Integration Operation Manager at Intel Corporation, overseeing onboarding in the European region, and various HR positions, including Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter. Malka has a Master's Degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Communication from Tel Aviv University.
