Mustafa Kotan is a skilled mechanical operations and site chief with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently employed at Aksa Enerji Ãœretim A.Åž. since March 2024, Mustafa oversees the dismantling of significant turbine and piping systems. Prior to this role, Mustafa served as Plant Engineer and Mechanical Maintenance Chief at AGE Enerji from May 2014 to March 2024, and worked as Site Chief at Mastir Enerji from April 2012 to May 2014. Key projects include the erection of gas turbines and heat recovery steam generators. Mustafa holds a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Karadeniz Technical University, completed in 2010, and completed secondary education at Mecidiye Anadolu Lisesi in 2006.
